The Nong family known for their nationally recognized restaurant Café Su has taken two decades of experience and expertise in the restaurant business to open Red Bistro. Loyal customers of Café Su flocked to Red’s soft opening in the summer of 2010 where 300 plus dinner guests got their first taste of this newest dining sensation.

The Nong siblings each bring their strengths to a different facet of the restaurant. Executive chef, Zon combines the foundation he received from his mother’s meticulous guidance with his intuitive flair for putting a creative spin to traditional dishes. Su is the consummate business woman who skillfully pulls together the perfect elements to ensure that every customer has an exceptional dining experience. Saley’s distinctive and innovative design ensures that the look and feel of the restaurant complements the exceptional food and impeccable service.
